Felix, while repairing an apartment building's broken ether boiler, is visited by Marla. His best friend is frantic, hurridly telling him that the power in the inn has been cut off. Felix doubts her, but when the lights go out right above them, he has no choice to investigate. the town's stubstation, several miles from the town's safe walls. Of course, in the forest where the culprit substation is, there lurk many dangers....
